Whilst I was with the Local Government Association of the NT we were in dire need of an in-house HR and Recruitment Specialist.
It proved very difficult to attract the competent candidate, so we did the next best thing…we engaged BelRose to be our external HR and Recruitment provider…it proved to work better than we thought financially and in terms of outcomes. Nothing was too difficult and all advice and assistance was provided in a professional and timely manner. I could not rate Bel and her crew more highly!
