The BelRose Group is seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our South Melbourne team on a permanent part time basis, with hybrid flexibility.

The Opportunity
This role sits at the centre of dynamic recruitment activity alongside our Recruitment Lead. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns, keep systems sharp, documentation precise and timelines moving. You will ensure both clients and candidates experience a seamless, professional journey.

You will also provide high-quality administrative support across the broader consultancy team, contributing to the smooth running of the business.

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns across multiple clients
  • Prepare and post advertisements and manage candidate responses
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and databases with accuracy
  • Schedule interviews, assessment centres and selection panels
  • Conduct reference checks and prepare offers and employment documentation
  • Provide structured interview note-taking and scribing support
  • Support our BelRose team internally with high-quality administrative coordination
 
You will bring:
  • Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or a similar role
  • Confidence managing multiple recruitment processes concurrently
  • Strong Microsoft 365 capability (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with recruitment or applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
