Salary: $125,000 + $10,500 Car Allowance + Salary Packaging

Working as part of the People and Culture team, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders to deliver high-level HR support and drive strategic people initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders
- Manage complex industrial and employee relations issues, including enterprise bargaining, investigations, and Fair Work matters
- Lead and support change management and organisational transformation projects
- Build leadership capability through coaching and mentoring
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
- Maintain strong relationships with unions and key stakeholders
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and child-safe work practices across the organisation
We’re looking for a seasoned HR generalist who brings:
- Extensive HR business partnering experience, ideally within community services, disability services (NDIS), or similar sectors
- Strong expertise in industrial relations and employee relations, including:
- Enterprise agreement interpretation and negotiations
- Award interpretation and legislative compliance
- Representing an organisation at the Fair Work Commission (desirable but not essential)
- Leading and coordinating workplace investigations through to outcomes, including recommendations for disciplinary action or termination
- Portfolio management
- Change management and organisational transformation
- Providing leadership advice and strategic HR support
- Ability to manage complex HR matters and confidently advise senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management
- Current National Police Record Check
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS check
- Drivers Licence
- Permanent full-time role
- Salary of $125,000 plus 12% superannuation
- $10,500 motor vehicle allowance
