The BelRose Group is seeking a Senior People and Culture Officer IR ER to join our team on a permanent full time basis. This role is based in our South Melbourne office with regular work on client sites and offers exposure to complex and varied people matters across Australia.

As a Senior People and Culture Officer IR ER, you will play a key role in delivering high quality, values aligned industrial and employee relations advice to our client portfolio. Working closely with senior practitioners, you will support organisations to manage complex workplace issues, strengthen compliance and build respectful, effective and sustainable workplaces.

As a Senior People and Culture Officer IR ER, you will play a key role in delivering high quality, values aligned industrial and employee relations advice to our client portfolio. Working closely with senior practitioners, you will support organisations to manage complex workplace issues, strengthen compliance and build respectful, effective and sustainable workplaces.
Key responsibilities include
- Providing practical IR ER and broader people and culture advice to clients
- Supporting complaint, grievance and workplace investigation matters
- Assisting with job design, position descriptions and organisational redesign
- Conducting HR systems, process and compliance audits
- Drafting correspondence, reports, scripts and supporting documentation
- Supporting workers compensation claims management and legislative compliance
- Building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, investigative services or work health and safety
- Experience in a senior people and culture or human resources role
- Demonstrated experience representing organisations in the Fair Work Commission
- Strong capability in IR advice and award and agreement interpretation
- Experience in workplace investigations and performance management coaching
- Confidence working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
